SendAPro started with a simple frustration: finding a good professional in the Waterloo–Hamilton corridor meant either asking around for weeks or wading through national directories full of out-of-area companies and pay-to-play rankings.

We think it should work like a great neighbour who knows everyone. You say what you need — a roof leak, a will, a Wi-Fi dead zone — and they say “call these three people.” That’s SendAPro.

We’re intentionally regional. Our team has mapped thousands of local businesses across Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Brantford, Hamilton, Burlington and the towns between them, and we only match requests to pros who genuinely serve your postal code.

And we’re intentionally broad. Directories like Angi and HomeStars focus on home-improvement trades. Homeowners also need lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers, IT help, tutors and more — so we include them all.

Homeowners never pay. Professionals pay a modest fee per matched request, capped at three pros per request, so nobody is buying their way to the top and nobody is flooded with calls.
