We focus on the corridor between Waterloo and Hamilton, Ontario: Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Brantford, Paris, Caledonia, Hamilton (including Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek and Waterdown), Burlington, Milton and nearby towns such as Elmira, New Hamburg, Fergus, Elora and Grimsby.
What kinds of professionals can I find on SendAPro?

Any professional a homeowner might need. That includes home trades (roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, renovations, cleaning, landscaping, movers), professional services (lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, insurance, real estate), technology (IT support, web design, marketing) and personal services (tutors, trainers, pet care, home care). If it isn't listed, choose “Something else” and describe it.

How fast will a professional contact me?

Most homeowners hear from at least one matched pro within a few hours during business hours, and within one business day at most. For emergencies, choose “Emergency — today” and we prioritize pros who offer same-day service.
Can I use SendAPro by voice?

Yes. Click “Talk to us” on any page to speak with our voice concierge. Describe what you need in your own words, confirm the details, and your request is submitted exactly as if you'd filled in the form.
How do you vet professionals?

We verify business registration, check for required Ontario licensing (for example ESA for electricians and TSSA for gas work), confirm liability insurance where applicable, and review public ratings and complaint history. We also remove pros who receive consistent negative feedback from homeowners.
What happens to my information?
