SendAPro.ca (“SendAPro”, “we”) operates https://sendapro.ca. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We follow Canada’s PIPEDA and applicable Ontario law.

What we collect

When you submit a request (by form or voice) we collect your name, email, phone number, postal code, the category and description of your need, your timeline and contact preference. Voice sessions are transcribed to capture these details; audio is processed in real time by our speech provider and is not stored by SendAPro. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser, referring page) and anonymous usage analytics.

How we use it

To match your request with up to three professionals who serve your area, to send you a confirmation and follow-up, to improve the service, and to prevent abuse. Professionals who apply to join provide business details we use to vet and onboard them.

Who we share it with

Only the matched professionals (maximum three per request) receive your request details so they can contact you. We use trusted processors for hosting, email delivery, analytics and speech processing. We do not sell personal information or share it with third-party marketers.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sharing it, at any time by emailing hello@sendapro.ca. Matched professionals are independent businesses responsible for their own handling of your information once they receive it.
